What changes the price
Vehicle size. SUVs and trucks have more painted surface to prepare and coat, so they cost more — the table above shows each size.
The condition of your paint. A coating locks in whatever is beneath it. If your paint has swirls, light scratches or water spots, they will be sealed in, not hidden. Gold can add one-step paint correction for $199 + HST on a car; Platinum already includes it. Paint thickness is measured on every panel before any polishing, so we only remove what the result requires.
Nothing else, without asking. The final price is confirmed at drop-off after we inspect the car with you, and extra work is done only with your approval.
Why we only offer 3 and 5 years
You will see coatings advertised for seven years or longer. We don't sell them. A coating lasts as long as it is cared for, and claims that stretch far beyond normal Ontario driving — salt, brine, automatic washes and UV — are claims we couldn't stand behind.
So we offer three or five years, register your coating to your car at handover, and keep the record for the life of the warranty. Coverage transfers to the new owner when the car is sold. It is a smaller promise than some, but it is one we keep.
Maintenance and the free annual inspection
The first week matters most. Keep the car dry for the first 24 hours where possible, and don't wash it for 7 days while the coating hardens. After that, a gentle hand wash is all it needs; if you use an automatic wash, choose touchless.
Once a year, bring the car back for its annual inspection — within 30 days of your install anniversary. Annual inspections are free. We check the coating, refresh what needs it, and keep your warranty in place.
Between inspections, small habits protect what you paid for. Remove bird droppings, bug splatter and tree sap within a day or two — left in heat, they can etch the clear coat beneath even a coated finish. Park in shade or a garage where you can. Avoid automatic brush washes and harsh or abrasive chemicals, which can wear a coating down and are not covered by the warranty. If water spots appear in the first week, blot them gently rather than washing.
Our care guide covers everything else, from washing to what voids coverage.
