TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern services provided by YYZ Detailing Haus at 3390 Wolfedale Road, Unit 6, Mississauga, Ontario. Booking an appointment or leaving a vehicle with us confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Published prices are starting points for a vehicle in average condition. Final pricing depends on size, condition and the work required, and is confirmed after an in-person inspection. Additional work is performed only with your approval.

Some services require a deposit to reserve studio time. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit. Cancellations inside 48 hours, or vehicles that do not arrive, may forfeit the deposit because the studio bay is held exclusively for you.

Arrival more than 30 minutes late may require rescheduling. Multi-day services such as coating and film installation are scheduled by the day, not the hour.

Remove personal belongings, valuables and aftermarket accessories before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Tell us in advance about prior paintwork, repainted panels, aftermarket film, wraps, loose trim, rust, pre-existing damage or mechanical faults, as these affect the result and may limit what we can safely perform.

Vehicles left more than 48 hours after completion without arrangement may incur a daily storage fee.

Detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating and paint protection film are appearance and protection services. They reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of swirls, chips, stains, etching or wear. Outcomes depend on the vehicle's paint thickness, prior repairs, age, condition, use and maintenance.

Paint correction removes a controlled amount of clear coat and cannot safely remove every defect. Deep scratches, sanding marks and defects through the clear coat may remain. Coatings and film are not scratch-proof or dent-proof and do not prevent damage from collisions, road debris, vandalism, improper washing or chemical exposure.

Warranty coverage, where offered, applies to the installed product as described at the time of sale and requires the maintenance schedule we provide. Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, improper washing, automatic car washes, abrasive chemicals, environmental fallout left untreated, or work performed by others on the treated surface. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and an inspection at our studio.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YYZ Detailing Haus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of value, or lost time. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

We are not liable for pre-existing defects, failure of aftermarket parts or prior paintwork, or damage revealed rather than caused by cleaning and correction. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable Ontario or Canadian consumer law.

Inspect your vehicle before leaving the studio. Raise any concern about the work within 48 hours of pickup so we can inspect and, where appropriate, correct it. We ask for the opportunity to make it right before any third-party work is undertaken.

Payment is due in full on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Accounts for fleet and dealership clients are arranged separately.

We may photograph vehicles for our portfolio and social channels. Licence plates and identifying details are obscured on request. Tell us before your appointment if you prefer your vehicle is not photographed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.

We may update these terms periodically. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
