Vehicle Drop-Off and Handover in Mississauga

Before you arrive

Remove cash, valuables, documents, electronics, garage openers, child seats and other personal items before drop-off. Anything found during the service is set aside and returned to you at pickup. Bring all keys and fobs, and tell the studio about any existing damage so it is noted before work begins.

What happens at drop-off

The vehicle is reviewed with you in person and the price is confirmed before work begins; prices assume a vehicle in normal condition. If the car is dirtier than described when booked, or a job needs an add-on or extra time, the studio contacts you by phone or text with the added cost and continues only with your approval. The vehicle is only moved between parking spots on the premises and is not test-driven.

Payment and pickup

The studio contacts you when your car is ready. Payment is due at pickup and is accepted by debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer and cash. Collect the vehicle within 3 business days; after that, a storage fee of $89 per day plus HST applies. Vehicles not collected within 30 days of the studio's notice may be dealt with as permitted under Ontario law.

Handover inspection and reporting an issue

Inspect your car with the studio at handover, under studio light. If you notice anything after you leave, tell the studio within 72 hours of pickup, with photos if you can; this does not shorten any warranty. The studio may photograph finished cars for its gallery with licence plates, VINs, house numbers and faces hidden — tell the studio at drop-off, or at any time after, if you would rather it did not.

Arriving on time

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the studio may need to reschedule your appointment. For deposit bookings (ceramic coating and paint protection film), cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead keeps the deposit refundable; inside 48 hours the deposit is kept and can be applied to a new booking within 60 days.

Why the price is confirmed at drop-off, not before

Online or phone bookings give an estimated price based on the service and vehicle size, but the price you pay is confirmed only after the in-person review at drop-off, because results and any extra work depend on the condition of the vehicle on the day. This is the same review process described under "Good to know" on each service page, and it applies whether you are booking detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, paint protection film or window tinting.

Read the package inclusions and estimated time together: the lowest priced option is not automatically the right scope for your vehicle. At drop-off the studio inspects with you and confirms the price before work begins. Tell the studio about existing damage and remove personal items before arrival.
